“Councilor Clifton - Motion to approve Council Order 2021-004 Councilor Clerger - Second that motion. Councilor Clifton - Can you clarify what it means that it reflects strong financial strength. Ms. Smith - Even though we are still in the pandemic and have limited revenues coming in. We have had to make reductions and so on. When I say financial strength I mean what we do with our financial commitment among the town manager and myself. Ms. Smith - This is other than retirement. Current employees when they retire. Councilor Burgess - Most communities hold. We are one of the few communities putting money into a fund. In reality if you look across the Commonwealth we are actually pretty good. Ms. Smith - I do not know how many communities are funding at this point. Most communities are trying to fund something. Trying to put something each year according to the policy we adopted to continue our commitment.
