Member Fowlks moved to nominate Sam Anderson as Chair of the Select Board. Seconded by Member Anderson. Member Anderson accepted the nomination. Vote: Approved 2-3-0.
The minutes write the result as “Vote: Approved 2-3-0”: two in favor and three against, so the motion failed. The minutes do not say who voted which way. Robert Stemple was then elected Chair 5-0-0.
