How the Raynham Select Board voted, from the Select Board’s official minutes. 3 Select Board members elected townwide. Patricia Riley chaired the board from May 2025. Covers 33 meetings, May 6 to April 21, 2026.

What does the Select Board do? It is the town’s executive board. It prepares the Town Meeting warrant (the list of articles voters decide), appoints members of many town boards, hires the town’s top staff, signs warrants to pay town bills, and grants licenses and permits.
Town Meeting, not the Select Board, votes the town budget and town bylaws.

In Raynham, Town Meeting — not the Select Board — votes the town budget, bylaws and zoning. Raynham has not posted official results of its 2024–2026 Town Meetings online, so they are not here yet. We will add them when the Town Clerk’s records are available.
What we checked: No official results found online for any Raynham Town Meeting since January 2024 (Annual May 20, 2024; Special Nov 19, 2024; Special Jan 14, 2025; Annual May 19, 2025; Special Aug 5, 2025; Special Nov 17, 2025; Annual May 18, 2026). The town website posts only warrants, and the newest Annual Town Report online is 2020; ask the Town Clerk for the certified votes.
"At X of Y meetings" counts the members the minutes list as present at the start of each meeting in this record. Members who step out are listed on each meeting page.
Loaded: Select Board (formerly Board of Selectmen) minutes from January 2016 through July 14, 2026, as posted on the town website. Not here yet: minutes after July 14, 2026. Raynham’s minutes from 2016 to mid-2022 are written as sentences, usually naming all three members (for example, one member moves, another seconds, and the third “made it unanimous”); we show those votes as written. Since mid-2022 each vote gives the mover, the seconder and a count such as “3-0-0”, and often a roll call by name. When the count matches the members present with no one voting no, every member present is shown as voting yes; members named as voting no or abstaining are shown that way. Votes recorded only as “It was so voted” (no count, no names) show the result only, and votes that name only some of the members present show the count only, with a note. Motions the minutes record without any vote (a motion and a second with no result) are not listed. Some minutes were posted twice; each meeting appears once. We will ask the town to confirm any noted vote.
Most board votes are unanimous. These are the ones where at least one member voted no or abstained, newest first.
