“Motion: Moved by Pacheco and seconded by Collins to approve on a trial basis a bi-weekly meeting schedule for March, April, and May, with a start date of March 17th as the first "no meeting" day. Discussion: Mr. Barnes stated that he agreed with the Board moving toward a bi-weekly schedule as that is the standard in the State. He emphasized that a special meeting could be scheduled whenever needed. He noted, however, that when he worked previously in another community where the Select Board moved from a weekly to a bi-weekly meeting schedule, there was probably only one special meeting called over a three-year period.
