What Town Meeting decided In East Bridgewater, Town Meeting — not the Select Board — votes the town budget, bylaws and zoning. Here is what it did with each article, in the Town Clerk’s own words. Any registered voter can take part, and most votes are by voice or show of hands, so there is no list of who voted which way.

Titles are short descriptions of each article from the official record; the quoted words are the Town Clerk’s. A vote at Town Meeting is not the final word on everything: some articles also need a ballot vote (such as a tax override) or the Attorney General’s approval (bylaws).
Meetings About missing minutes Loaded: every Select Board (Board of Selectmen) meeting with minutes on the town website from January 2018 through September 3, 2026 (2018 to 2024 from the town's Document Center, 2025 on from its Agenda Center). Not here: minutes before 2018, executive-session minutes, Board of Water Commissioners minutes, and minutes the town has not posted yet (every meeting after September 3, 2026). Most minutes from 2018 to 2021 are scanned paper copies, which we read by computer text recognition. The minutes usually give the mover, the seconder and the result in one line ("All were in favor 3-0", or "Vote 3-0-0" in 2019). When the minutes say all were in favor, or give a count equal to the members present with no one opposed or abstaining, we show every member present as voting yes. When a split count names who voted no or abstained and the numbers add up, we show each member's vote; when a split count does not say who voted which way, or the count and the members present do not match, we show the count only and add a note. Motions the minutes record with no vote at all are not included. Votes by other boards at joint meetings are not included. We will ask the town to confirm any noted vote.
