Town Council votes come from the Franklin Town Council’s official minutes; State House votes from the Massachusetts Legislature’s roll calls. MassVoter never grades officials or endorses anyone; votes and attendance are shown exactly as the minutes record them. Photos: Town of Franklin (Town Council page).
