“MOTION: To approve the letter on the Chater 40B proposal that was presented to the Board this evening by the Town Administrator. Motion by: Mark Forest Seconded by: Dorcas McGurrin Discussion: Select Board Member Argo stated that while she supported the draft Jetter, she reviewed the proposal in greater detail and noted that, although it included positive elements related to sustainability and green energy, she had significant concerns regarding the overall design and density. Chair Post highlighted concerns about the proposed density of approximately 27 units on one acre. Ms. Argo also noted inconsistencies in the application materials, including differing unit counts, which raised questions about the clarity of the proposal. Select Board Member McGurrin commented that the project appeared overly dense for the site and Select Board Member Flynn expressed support for the letter. Vote: 5 ayes; 0 nays. The motion carried unanimously..” (Motion: Forest, second: McGurrin)
