Motion by: Mark Forest Seconded by: Dorcas McGurrin Discussion: Select Board Member Forest stated that the email received contained a very responsible set of concerns and objections but should be brought up for discussion at a separate time, as it was important to move with all due speed to act on the request before the Board to approve the tax rate. Select Board Post agreed, stating that a healthier commercial base would be needed to have a split tax rate. She said perhaps after the sewers went in, it would be a better time to bring it all up for discussion. The other two Board members agreed. Vote: 4 ayes; 0 nays. The motion carried unanimously..” (Motion: Forest, second: McGurrin)
