Motion by: Norm Holcomb Seconded by: Tracy Post Discussion: Selectman Post stated that she understood that Selectman Holcomb was upset, and she agreed that the Select Board should be more involved in the decisions, and there should be better communication. She also stated that the Town Administrator was put in a difficult position. The two boards disagree. They have been advised by counsel that the Board of Health had the authority to act. She seconded the motion in order that the Board of Selectmen be involved in the future decisions. Since the discussion was no longer being productive, Selectman Post said that it should be put on record that the Board of Selectmen do not agree with the Board of Health, however, both boards believed they were doing what was best for the Town. Roll Call Vote: Erik Tolley, aye; Norm Holcomb, aye; Mark Forest, aye; Tracy Post, aye; Michael Stone, aye. The motion passed unanimously..” (Motion: Holcomb, second: Post)
