“upon a motion by Ms. Sullivan Woods and seconded by Ms. Aufranc, the Board was polled and voted (5-0) enter executive session under M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(A), exemption #7, to comply with Open Meeting Law, M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25, to approve and consider release of executive session minutes of meetings on April 4, 2022; May 2, 2022 (A and B); February 13, 2024; February 27, 2024; and April 9, 2024, as the Chair had declared that having such discussions in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Town.
