“RS Clerk Medoff made a motion to schedule a public interview with acting town manager Kelly Sullivan Clark in anticipation of offering her the Town Manager job on a permanent basis and to seek outside counsel to work with the Select Board on contract negotiations. Member Rein seconded the motion Roll Call Vote: Clerk Medoff - Aye Member Rein - Aye Member Dundas - Aye Vice Chair Girard-Irwin - Aye Chair Areson - Aye So voted, 5-0-0, motion carries.” (Motion: Medoff, second: Rein)
