Approve the surplus request trom the lacilities Department for filing cabinets and desk from the Accounting Office and Assessors Office and Vulean Commercial Gas Stove from the Senior Center
Motion was made by Veronica Kell and seconded by Laura Shifrin to approve the surplus request trom the lacilities Department for filing cabinets and desk from the Accounting Office and Assessors Office and Vulean Commercial Gas Stove from the Senior Center. Pown Administrator Nelson Mut spoke that the filing cabinets and desk were aged and were replaced with newer ones from the Water Department. The gas stove was purchased recently, but not a good fit for their needs. Original cost was about $3600. 'They would like to surplus it and to be sold on Municibid Auction will start at $1200. They already replaced the stove with grants and donation moncy. Motion was passed with Laura Shitrin ves, Veronica Kell ves.
