Motion was made by Theresa A. Morse and seconded by Joseph Z. Shank to move forward with the Pay-as-you-throw bag pricing of $3.50 for large bags and $2.25 for small bags effective 10/01/2024 and authorizing Town Administrator Nelson Mui to implement the Pay as outlined in tonight's presentation. Motion was amended to include the small bags will not be available until January 1, 2024. Motion was passed with Joseph Z. Shank yes and Theresa A. Morse yes.
