Pursuant to G.L. chapter 30A section 21 Paragraph 3 - To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the public body and chair so declares - Consolidated Personnel By-law positions - Water Department Plant Manager & Chief Operator & Water Pollution Control Plant Manager & Chief Operator That motion was seconded by Selectman Smith and unanimously approved by a roll call vote of Selectmen 3-0.
