Motion: Councillor Gordon made a motion which states: Whereas, a payment policy exists requiring vendors to submit paper invoices; and whereas some vendors only use electronic invoicing; now, therefore, the Randolph Town Council instructs the Town Accountant/Finance Director to remove the requirement for paper invoices, and to allow electronic or paper invoices, at the preference of each vendor and contractor, subject to all requirements of law.

“Motion: Councillor Gordon made a motion which states: Whereas, a payment policy exists requiring vendors to submit paper invoices; and whereas some vendors only use electronic invoicing; now, therefore, the Randolph Town Council instructs the Town Accountant/Finance Director to remove the requirement for paper invoices, and to allow electronic or paper invoices, at the preference of each vendor and contractor, subject to all requirements of law.
