Councilor W. Alexopoulos - Motion to accept Council Order 2019-060 as printed, seconded by Councilor Huff-Larmond.

Yes: Adams, Burgess, Christos Alexopoulos, Clerger, Clifton, Huff-Larmond, William AlexopoulosNo: Egan, Goldstein

From the minutes

“Councilor W. Alexopoulos - Motion to accept Council Order 2019-060 as printed, seconded by Councilor Huff-Larmond. Reason we have this order is because of an unpaid bill. If that money was encumbered and paid in the last fiscal year this would not have to be here. The money has come in, that money cannot be applied to this, have to wait until the end of the year when it becomes free cash. Councilor Burgess - When the Superintendent was here and presented the issue, it was a rebate that they had not applied for, it was not her fault that this happened. I made a commitment that night that if the money came in it would be voted back into their budget. Will vote for the transfer. Roll-call vote: Councilor Egan - No Councilor Goldstein -No Councilor C. Alexopoulos - Yes Councilor Huff-Larmond - Yes Councilor Adams - Yes Councilor W. Alexopoulos - Yes Councilor Burgess - Yes Councilor Clifton - Yes Councilor Clerger - Yes Motion passes 7-2-0 (Councilor Egan and Councilor Goldstein in the negative).” (Motion: William Alexopoulos, second: Huff-Larmond)
