Spoke about contract in Executive Session, both parties agreed to the contract, do not see any issues. Councilor Clifton - Asked that the public be given a brief summary of the main components of the contract. Attorney Griffin - 3 year contract with an option to extend an additional 2 years; contract would pay $185k first year and would increase 2.5% each year of the contract; includes description of vacation/sick/personal time and discusses all the duties of the Town Manager. Councilor Goldstein - Why take it out of order, we have a very important piece of business coming up. The information on plastic bags which could be a lengthy discussion and the Town manager is not going anywhere. Councilor Burgess - I think the rats, the RICC issue, telephone pole should be addressed while they are still sitting in the audience. I think it's considerate to address it. Afraid what is going to happen is we said we would address things but then we don't. Councilor Huff-Larmond - I am sure the Town Manager has taken some notes and that's the way it will be addressed.
