“motion to accept Council Order 2018-046, seconded by Councilor C. Alexopoulos. Councilor Burgess - Nothing to do with the people, has to do with the process. We vote a contract and then we have an employee that comes to us for more money. Don't think it's right, opposing. Those executive session minutes should be public. Why is this worth it. Councilor Adams - Part of the larger contract negotiations that are still ongoing. Councilor Huff-Larmond - We took that into consideration that we have a contract. Looked at the work and the deserving of the $10k. I don't think there is a correct answer, as a group we made a decision. Attorney Griffin - Contracting authority authorizing the bonus. At the end of the year you will run short and will then need an appropriation. Roll call Vote: Councilor C. Alexopoulos - Yes Councilor Huff-Larmond - Yes Councilor Adams - Yes Councilor Goldstein - Yes Councilor W. Alexopoulos - No Councilor Burgess - No Councilor Clerger - yes.” (Motion: Adams, second: Christos Alexopoulos)
