R Maggie Clarke, Clerk Also present was Town Administrator Brian Noble. 1.0 CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM by Chair Jeff Johnson. 2.0 NEW BUSINESS 2.1 Authorize the Town Administrator to enter into a 5-year Electrical Contract Mr. Kelly, and Ms. Clarke seconded a motion that the Board vote to authorize the Town Administrator to enter a 5-year Electrical Contract. ROLL CALL: Mr. Johnson - Aye Mr. Kelly-Aye Ms. Clarke - Aye PASSED: UNANIMOUSLY.
