Mr. Kelly moved, and Mr. Kelly seconded to authorize the Town Administrator to sign on behalf of the Select Board to execute any and all documentation relative to the establishment of the North Attleborough - Plainville Health Care Group or any related documentation thereof and to procure Health Care to Town Employees and Retirees Mr. Johnson second. PASSED: UNANIMOUSLY
