“Ms. Shaw Reed made the motion to enter into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, sale, lease, or value of real property located at 8 Cardinal Lane. If an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body, and the chair declares so, and to reconvene in open session. Mr. Herman seconded. Chair Galligan declared that if it were in open meeting, it would have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body and declared to reconvene after. Seconded by Mr. Herman. Roll call vote: Michael Herman - AYE; Kevin Galligan - AYE; Mefford Runyon - AYE; Mark Mathison - AYE; Andrea Shaw Reed - AYE..” (Motion: Reed, second: Herman)
