Selectman Trindade moved that the Board approve the one day alcohol license as presented subject to the Police Chief’s recommendation and proof of appropriate insurance coverage.

Selectman Trindade moved that the Board enter Executive Session Under Exemption 6: To consider the purchase, exchange, taking, lease, or value of real property if such discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the governmental body and the Chair so declares [topic: Discussion of Possible Acquisition of Real Property – Oak Grove] with the no intention of returning to open session. The Chair so declared.
