“Selectman Trindade moved that the Board vote to open the March 11, 2019 Special Town Meeting warrant. Selectman Foresto seconded. Discussion: Selectman White asked if this is just for this one article or if there will be additional articles. Town Administrator Boynton will ask the Finance Director. VOTE: 4-0-0.” (Motion: Trindade, second: Foresto)

Selectman Trindade moved that the Board enter Executive Session Under Exemption 6: To consider the purchase, exchange, taking, lease, or value of real property if such discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the governmental body and the Chair so declares [topic: Discussion of Possible Acquisition of Real Property – Oak Grove] with the intention of returning to open session. The Chair so declared.

“Selectman Trindade moved that the Board enter Executive Session Under Exemption 6: To consider the purchase, exchange, taking, lease, or value of real property if such discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the governmental body and the Chair so declares [topic: Discussion of Possible Acquisition of Real Property – Oak Grove] with the intention of returning to open session.
