As the meeting concluded, Chair Venuti reminded everyone that the first department budget meeting would be January 21st at 6:30 PM at the Police Station, with the agenda already posted online. He encouraged committee members to review their assigned departments and prepare questions, emphasizing "this is their chance to complete their case." The Finance Committee then voted to adjourn, with Fred making the motion and Sanjay seconding. The motion passed unanimously
