Town Administrator Anthony Ansaldi added "and to authorize the Town Administrator to work with Town Counsel on all the necessary documents". Chuck Decoste added as amended. As amended, seconded by Gary Wilson. Roll Call Vote: Gary Wilson-yes, Mark- no, Cindy- no, Chuck- yes, Matthew- yes. Motion Passes 3 to 2.
