Update the retirement date of Mary Guiney, Conservation Agent, to be effective March
I move to update the retirement date of Mary Guiney, Conservation Agent, to be effective March 5, 2021. Discussion of outdoor dining Last year the Governor had an order for outdoor dining that allowed restaurants to provide temporary outdoor seating that has since expired. Without the special order from the Governor restaurants must apply through the Building Department to establish outdoor dining at this time. Owners can work with Mr Jason Silva on the requirements for updating their current licenses. If a restaurant serves alcohol, they will have to request a license change through the ABCC as well as go through a public hearing process with the Selectmen. Meeting Minutes
