To approve the use of Marathon Way as a laydown area intermittently throughout the project until such time as the work east of the Main St./Cedar St./Grove St. intersection has been completed. Ms. LaFreniere stated that work will be done in this area anyway so it makes sense. Mr. Herr recommended a fence along the Common side, at least
