The Chair entertained a motion to enter into executive session to consider strategy with respect to the lease, sale or value of real property, the easements under discussion at the Special Town Meeting this evening, because the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Board; to allow Norman Khumalo, Elaine Lazarus, Ray Miyares, Alexandra Rubin and Bryan Bertram to participate in the discussion; and to convene in Open Session after the conclusion of Executive Session
