Mr. Howell noted that there was a morning service agent last year which was significantly higher than the previous year. He asked if that had been addressed here. Bill Neiser, Deputy Harbormaster was present. He noted that a study had been done of all the prices in the area for mooring services. These prices are very much in line with all the other mooring servicing agents and he has gotten positive feedback about their work. The private mornings still use the person who did not have the paperwork in on time for last year's permitting or they use someone else who the Harbormaster has approved. Vote: 5:0 in favor Motion carried.” (Motion: Piekarski, second: MacAskill)
