“At 7:51 pm, in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, §21(a)3, the Chair requested a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations with the Police Union, the Fire Union, the Hanover Municipal Employees League (HMEL), and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) as a discussion of this topic in Open Session could have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body.
