“Executive Session At: 7:46pm the Chair, in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, §21(a)2, requested a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session to conduct a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel, namely Police Lieutenant. The Chair announced that the Board will not be returning to open session.
