“At 8:13 pm the Chair requested a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, §21(a)2 to conduct a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non- union personnel, namely Police Lieutenant. The Chair announced that the Board will not be returning to Executive Session. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Tuzik, aye, Vice Chair O'Connor, aye, Selectman Delaney, aye, Selectman Louko, aye, Chair Nyman, aye.”
