“Executive Session In accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, §21(a) 3 and 6, the Chair requested a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation relating to the Former National Fireworks Site, and also to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of Sylvester Field as a discussion of these topics in Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining and or litigating position of the Public Body.
