“At 9:40pm, in accordance with MGL Chapter 30A, §21(a)2, the Chair requested a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session to conduct a strategy session in preparation for negotiations with non- union personnel, namely the DPW Director, Deputy Fire Chief, Deputy Police Chief and Police Lieutenants. The Chair announced that the Board may be returning to open session. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Louko, aye, Selectman Delaney, aye, Selectman Tuzik, aye, Vice Chair O'Connor, aye.”
