“At 11:24 am the Chair requested a roll call vote to enter into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining agreements as the Chair had concluded that discussion of such in open session would negatively impact the position of the public body. The Board will not return to open session. Roll call vote: Vice Chair Dockter aye, Selectman Barry aye, Selectman Delaney aye, Chairman Tuzik aye.”
