Second: Mr. Metters There was discussion about elements included in the design guidelines and the possibility on restricting the guidelines. Chair Nicastro asked if either Clerk Smith or Mr. Metters would withdraw the motion in light of the fact that the design guidelines will be returned to the Board for approval prior to the issuance of any Request for Proposals (RFP). Clerk Smith withdrew his motion to amend the motion. Mr. Metters withdrew his second. Chair Nicastro called for a vote on the original motion (to expend $15,000 to continue design guidelines on 127 Old Harbor Road).
