“Mr. Dykens made a motion to hold a joint executive session with the Affordable Housing Trust Board of Trustees on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the beginning of the regular meeting of the Select Board. Second: Mr. Schell Chair Metters noted his reservations on having a joint executive session due to optics. Mr. Nicastro asked what the intention is if there is a joint session, would this item be placed back on the April 30 agenda and it was answered that it was not the intention to place it on that same night’s agenda for more discussion. The intention is to ensure that all members of both Boards in attendance will get the same information at the same time so that staff does not have to duplicate work.
