From the minutes

“Motion: by Jeffrey Dykens to approve the application to demolish the structure at 70 Depot Road, application 20-100 (HBDC). Second: by Cory Metters. An alternate motion remanding the applications back to the HBDC was suggested. A lack of enthusiasm to do so on the applicant’s part was noted. It was suggested the Board continue its hearing to allow the applicant to return to the HBDC. Mr. Clark questioned the timing of an HBDC appearance. Chairman Sylver said a verbal pre-application hearing does not require advertising and could occur at the HBDC’s next meeting the first week of January. Mr. Clark questioned the specificity of the plan being requested. Chairman Sylver said a concept plan is acceptable. Mr. Clark said he could provide a site plan. The second for the motion was withdrawn by Mr. Metters. The motion was then seconded by Chair Davis. Roll Call Vote: Jeffrey Dykens: No Dean Nicastro: No Cory Metters: No Peter Cocolis: No Shareen Davis: No.” (Motion: Dykens, second: Metters)
