“Motion by Hewins to approve Section 1 & 2 as written in the packet conveying certain real property and the water wells, pumping station and other water infrastructure located thereon; and the Select Board is accepting the wording of the amended act as provided by the general court, second by Hoffman. Roll call: affirmative: Hoffman, Hewins, Townsend, Cotter.” (Motion: Hewins, second: Hoffman)
