“Motion to go into Executive Session at 5:25pm pursuant to MGL 30A §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to contract negotiations with the Town Administrator, that may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town if held in open session, and to return to open session by Hewins second by Cotter.
