Recommend the article to be placed on the warrant. Bogart stated the greater good would be to end the debacle now and move forward so the Town will not have to deal with these types of issues in the future, and agrees that things should have been done differently in the past. Hoffman also agrees with Bogart's statement and would like it brought before Town Meeting for them to make the decision as there are pros and cons to the decision. Hoffman asked how large the parcel of land is. Siedentopf will get him that information
