Accept the funds, authorize the Town Administrator to submit the application and to expend the funds
Accept the funds, authorize the Town Administrator to submit the application and to expend the funds. Belbin asked for what has already been expended- that total is approximately $166,000. Items available to expense have to be directly related to Covid and not already be funded in the budget. Townsend asked what the Town has received to date - TA stated the $166,000 has been approved. Townsend amends the motion to include having the Board give authorization to the Town Administrator on their behalf to submit the application and to expend the Cares Act funds from all sources. Belbin added to that motion that the Town Administrator is to give the Board an update each time funds are expended/approved, second by Townsend
