For the town to request the legislation to add that, subject to their approval, it comes back to the town for town meeting approval. Hewins feels town meeting should vote on this first. Clarke feels doing this would achieve the same thing as it has already been submitted to the legislature and we cannot add an article at this point. LaFond stated the Board can choose when to move the money and a decision can be made at a later date. The legislation has not been filed yet and has spoken to someone from the Governor's office and they were asking why it was a Governor's Bill
