Mr. Brady made a motion to approve the Line Item Transfer in the amount of $24,905.06 from the Insurance - Personal Services line to the Bond Issue Costs/Expenses - Purchase Services line to cover the costs of the additional BAN done in September and December which was not anticipated which required a Bond Rating from Standard and Poors. Mr. Beckerman seconded the motion. The motion carried.

Accept the blanket bond in the amount of $500,000 from Columbia Gas and release the Street Opening Permits which were being held until the bond information was received
