Mr. Brady made a motion to declare under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 31, that a state of emergency existed on October 19, 2018, with respect to the eminent collapse of a building structure at 112 West High Street, and to acknowledge that the Building Commissioner acted on his authority to demolish the structure to make safe the area of the building. Chairman Rose seconded the motion. The motion carried.
