Adjourn the Open Session
Mr. Beckerman made a motion to adjourn the Open Session. An Executive Session would follow to discuss strategy with respect to Collective Bargaining or litigation as an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government's bargaining or litigating position. Also, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel; and to conduct collective bargaining and contract negotiations with non-union personnel. Chairman Rose seconded the motion. The motion carried. ; 'A roll call vote taken. Mr. Beckerman voted aye. Chairman Rose voted aye.
