Unified Networking Solutions Agreement for IT Support
Sign the Managed Services Agreement with the stipulation that the contract be held with Ms. Faro until such time that Town Counsel is satisfied with the Town's request for Unified Networking...
Mr. Beckerman made a motion for the Board to sign the Managed Services Agreement with the stipulation that the contract be held with Ms. Faro until such time that Town Counsel is satisfied with the Town's request for Unified Networking Solutions to provide additional insurance to the contract. Once that is complete, Ms. Faro will release the contract to Unified. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. The motion carried.
