"At X of Y meetings" counts the roll call at the start of each meeting in this record. Councilors who step out are listed on each meeting page.
Not here yet: the city has posted Municipal Council minutes online from 2021, but minutes for most 2025 meetings (January to October) and every meeting after January 6, 2026 are not posted. Some special meetings from 2021 to 2024 have no posted minutes, including the January 4, 2022 inauguration. For a few meetings the city’s minutes link opens the minutes of a different meeting (May 4, 2021; May 2, 2023; March 5, 2024; April 16, 2024). Most minutes name the Councilors who voted no and those absent. Where a split vote does not name who voted no, or a count does not match the Councilors listed as present, the vote shows the count with a note and individual votes are not shown. Committee meetings are not included. We will ask the City Clerk for the missing minutes and to confirm the noted votes.
Most council votes are unanimous. These are the ones where at least one councilor voted no or abstained, newest first.
