What it means
This local bill lets the town of Wilbraham move part of a conservation parcel at 9V Cedar Oak Drive from its conservation commission to its selectmen so it can be conveyed for $16,000. The town must use the money to buy and care for part of the land at 6 Decorie Drive, which will be protected as conservation land. It takes effect when passed.
