What it means
Lets the state's capital asset management commissioner grant the town of Plymouth permanent and temporary easements on state land along Obery street for the Obery Street Roadway Improvement Project. The town pays all costs and the appraised fair market value or value in use, whichever is greater, with inspector general review, and the easements can end if not used for the project. It also lets Plymouth get easements on county land for the project and release part of a town-held conservation restriction there, as long as the town protects at least an equal area of other land. Takes effect on passage.
